manual process to monitor or copy any of the material on the Site or for any other unauthorized

purpose without our prior written consent; Use any device, software or routine that interferes with

material which is malicious or technologically harmful; Attempt to gain unauthorized access to,

interfere with, damage or disrupt any parts of the Site, the server on which the Site is stored, or any

server, computer or database connected to the Site; Attack the Site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack; or otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of

any content is strictly prohibited unless otherwise stated.

MGI are the owners of the trade and service marks appearing on the Site and all rights are reserved

in respect of such trade and service marks. MGI’s logos and all related names, logos, product and

service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of MGI or its affiliates or licensors. You must not

use such marks without the prior written permission of MGI.

Subject to these Terms of Use, MGI grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to

access and use the Site. You agree not to interrupt or attempt to interrupt the operation of the Site

in any way. Copyright of all the content of the Site such as, but not limited to, text, images, videos,

audio, interactive presentations, is owned by MGI unless otherwise indicated.

content and / or any other information and / or materials available on the site. No warranties of any

kind are given, whether express, implied or by laws, including but not limited to the warranties of

Site (including loss / damage of any personal data / information, ordata/informationforeseen,

whether direct or indirect, arising out of the use of the Site. 

Under no circumstances, shall MGI be liable for any consequential, direct, incidental, indirect,

the Site, shall be governed by the law of the United Arab Emirates and you agree to submit to the

exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates. Any legal suit, action or proceeding

arising out of, or related to, these Terms of Use or the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the

courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates although MGI retain the right to bring any suit, action or

proceeding against you for breach of these Terms of Use in your place or country of residence or any other relevant country. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
